There are two opposing strategies for delivering TV services to mobile consumers, MBMS, the Multimedia Broadcast and Multicast Service and DVB-H, the handheld version of Digital Video Broadcasting. The course discusses each opposing technology in great detail, as well as looking at benefits of providing TV over mobile systems.
