This course provides an understanding of the fundamental concepts and skills necessary to install, configure, manage and monitor a small or medium sized Ethernet network. Topics include Ethernet/802.3 basics, Spanning Tree and Rapid Spanning Tree, plus SNMP network management. Extensive hands-on exercises are used throughout the course to reinforce the theory.
