A Technology Brief differs from our normal courses because it is designed specifically for people who are not typically employed in the telecoms industry but who are somehow exposed to the technology.
A typical customer could be a recruitment company for example, who may be actively recruiting for a Customer in the telecoms industry. The technology brief will not only help this recruitment company understand the technology, but allow them to understand their Customer’s business, their customer’s market and more importantly, their customer’s requirements.
