IP Telephony Express (IPTX) is a five-day course that teaches delegates who have no knowledge of voice or VoIP, how to install, configure and troubleshoot Cisco Call Manager Express and Cisco Unity Express. As well as learning how to install, configure and troubleshoot these products, delegates will also learn their features and benefits and where they are best deployed, as well as the importance of QoS and how it is configured through AutoQoS.
