IP Telephony Troubleshooting (IPTT) is a five-day course that practices troubleshooting skills for administrators and engineers who support IP Telephony installations. Topics include troubleshooting Cisco and Microsoft AVVID components, troubleshooting typical Call Manager problems, resolving QoS issues, troubleshooting Unity Voice Mail services, as well as troubleshooting the network infrastructure such as routers, switches and gateways.
