This course is designed for customers who are responsible for the day to day administration of their Mitel Networks 3300 Integrated Communications Platform. A very practical ’hands-on’ course, you will be programming the database to add new telephones, make routine moves, adds, and changes; creating and managing voicemail box and auto attendant as well as backing up the database and performing basic fault finding on the system to investigate alarm conditions.
