This course looks at the everyday problems of an operational network and looks at how they might be detected and overcome. As such, it explores the main protocols in use today and explains the various tools and techniques used to analyse and troubleshoot these protocols. Throughout the course, emphasis is given on where, when and how various tools and techniques should be used. The course contains a mixture of theory followed by extensive practical hands-on exercises and demonstrations.
