This intensive 2 day course provides an in-depth overview of all aspects of VoIP networking. The course looks at the pros and cons of both voice and data networking before looking at what needs to change to support Voice traffic over an IP network. The course concentrates of areas such as addressing, QoS, signalling and voice/data integration. The course concludes with a look at the practical aspects of VoIP and its use.
